Exclusive hotel, great value. Liked staff and location. It was located in a lively area. I slept so comfy in the spacious bed. The pool was great and the views were exceptional.

I had a decent stay at this cosy hotel. The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had very good staff and location. Excellent reception. Based in a resort area. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from kirkgate market.

The bed was good sized and the restaurant was huge and had a great selection of food. Rooms were really special and really special, that's all we needed. Relatively quiet location around 10-15 minutes walk from teamsport go karting leeds. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was absolutely stunning. Lovely pool to relax in too.

Cheerful staff, cheap food. Impressive place with brilliant service too. The location was best possible, at a moderate distance from Space. Main bar was amazing and decently priced.

The staff were very very helpful and directed me to the tourist sites in Leeds. The bar area was lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Spotless, medium hotel in an ideal location. Healthy cuisine. Extras like air conditioning and blinds were appreciated. Liked room service too. Besides, the area was good, next to the tetley.

Convenient location, near to the city centre like 5 minutes walk and right on top some great pubs. It was clean, good buffet breakfast included in the price

Planned to see Leeds major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. We were in an executive king room with coffee, coffee and tea making facilities.

Great location, the station can be reached on foot and short walk into town :-) Car park is very close, the price was extremely good value for money
